Exercise carries inherent risk of injury. Consult a qualified fitness professional or physician before beginning any exercise program or making changes to your training. Form AI is not liable for any injury, harm, or adverse outcome resulting from following AI-generated coaching feedback.
Coaching feedback is generated by an AI model and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not applicable to your specific situation. The AI cannot see your full range of motion, assess pain, or account for pre-existing conditions. Always apply your own judgment and consult a qualified coach or trainer for personalized guidance.
Form AI Pro is offered as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription, billed through the Apple App Store. Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
Certain features of Form AI may be available without a subscription. We reserve the right to change or limit the free tier at any time.
You agree to use Form AI only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute any part of the app. You must be at least 13 years old to use Form AI.
All content, branding, exercise library data, and AI prompts within Form AI are the property of Form AI and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Form AI and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to physical injury, loss of data, or loss of revenue.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
